Booking and Scheduling
Online Booking
When booking our services online:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have authority to authorize the removal of items
- You must ensure items are accessible for removal
Scheduling and Cancellations
Our scheduling and cancellation policies include:
- Next-day service availability (subject to capacity)
- Advance booking up to 90 days
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service
- Late cancellation fees may apply
- Service day guarantee with compensation for missed appointments

Customer Responsibilities

- Remove personal belongings from items
- Obtain necessary permissions for item removal
- Be present or provide access during service
Disposal and Recycling
We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal:
- Items are sorted for recycling when possible
- Donations are made to local charities when appropriate
- Proper disposal at licensed facilities
- Compliance with local waste management regulations
Liability and Insurance
Our liability coverage includes:
- General liability insurance
- Worker's compensation insurance
- Vehicle insurance
- Limited liability for property damage
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Items not included in the service agreement
- Consequential or indirect damages
